Quinn Dowd is a Philadelphia painter currently working in contemporary painting, portraiture, and drawing. She graduated from Tyler School of Art in 2024 and was awarded the Richard Cramer Color Award in Painting and the Alec Abels Memorial Award in Painting. She was the winner of the Creative Arts Research and Scholarship (CARAS) grant in 2023.
